At Craftofolio, we work with trusted print-on-demand and courier partners to deliver your products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All products are made-to-order.
Production & Processing Time: 2–5 business days
- This includes order processing, printing, quality check, and packing.
Processing may take slightly longer during festivals or high-volume periods.
2. Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within:
- India: 5–9 business days
Total time = 7–14 days (production + delivery)
Delivery time may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- No hidden charges.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive:
- A tracking link via email
OR - Courier tracking number
You can track your order anytime after it ships.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address and contact number are correct.
Craftofolio is not responsible for:
- Delays due to wrong address
- Delivery failures due to unreachable phone number
- Returned packages caused by incorrect details
Re-shipping charges may apply if the order returns to us.
6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers typically make 2–3 attempts.
If the package is returned due to missed attempts, you may need to pay for re-shipping.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged or is lost:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide your order ID & photos (if damaged)
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
