At Craftofolio, all products are made on demand — printed only after you place an order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A clear photo or video showing the issue
After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund for that item.
You do not need to return the defective item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order enters production or printing, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
Since each product is printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:

Wrong size chosen by customer
